Svante Palm Elementary Volunteer Sign-Up

Are you looking to get involved in the Palm community? Volunteering is a great way to support your school and get to know your teacher, the staff and other parents! Please email our Parent Support Specialist, Sonia Hernandez at sonia.hernandez@austinisd.org to sign up to volunteer. 

Please know that volunteers must complete a new sign-up form every year.

  • Palm Elementary Cafeteria
  • Thursdays: 8 AM - 10 AM
  • Sep. 5th, Sep. 19th, Sep. 27th (Fri), Oct. 17th, Oct. 31st, Nov. 14th, Dec. 5th, & Dec. 13th (Fri)
• Library Volunteer Opportunities
  • Help our Librarian scan books during Inventory
  • Volunteer at our Fall or Spring Book Fairs
  • Volunteer to read to students or help shelve books in the library
• Community Events
  • Join our PTA to help with concessions during school dances
  • Help us decorate before community events like Grandparents' Day or the PTA festival
