FALL FESTIVAL RETAIL SPACE RENTAL FORM

If you would like to rent a space to sell crafts, art, holiday gift sets and other new/unused items, please fill out this form and turn in to Sonia Hernandez at the Front Office. Please submit forms by October 17, 2024.

SPACE RENTAL IS $10.00.
Only non-edible items will be permitted. Space is limited. Please bring your own table.

Please send exact change. No refunds.

Si desea alquilar un espacio para vender artesanías y otros artículos nuevos/no utilizados, rellene este formulario y entréguelo a la Sra. Sonia Hernández en la oficina principal. Por favor, envíe los formularios antes del 17 de octubre.

EL ALQUILER DE ESPACIOS CUESTA $10.00.
Solor se permitirán artículos no comestibles. El espacio es limitado. Por favor, trae tu propia mesa.

Por favor envie el cambio exacto. No hay devoluciones.
