Palm Elementary will be joining schools across Texas in celebrating Red Ribbon Week October 28 – October 31.   During this week, students will sign a drug free pledge and participate in spirit days to reinforce the message that being drug free is the healthy way to be.  Please encourage your student to participate in the fun and to continue making healthy choices for their mind and body. 

Monday the 28th

Your Future is Key, Stay Drug Free! - - Wear red to kick off Red Ribbon Week. 

Tuesday the 29th   

Love Your Brain!  You’re Too Smart to Start! - - Wear a hat or cap. 

Wednesday the 30th    

Team Up Against Drugs! - -Wear a sports/team shirt or your Palm Panda shirt. 

Thursday the 31st 

Use Your Imagination, Not Drugs! - - Book Character Day; dress as your favorite book character. 

La Escuela de Palm se reunirá con escuelas de todo el estado de Tejas para celebrar “Semana del Listón Rojo” el 28 de octubre al 31. Durante esta semana los estudiantes firmarán una promesa para permanecer libre de las drogas.  También participarán en varias actividades para recordarles que estando libre de las drogas es saludable. Favor de apoyar a sus hijos para que participen en este esfuerzo y sigan haciendo decisiones saludables para sus mentes y cuerpos.

¡Usen su imaginación, no las drogas! - - Vístete como tu personaje favorito de un libro.
