Hello! I'm Miss Vucci, and I will be teaching third grade here at Palm Elementary this year. This will be my first year at Palm, but my 6th year teaching third grade! I absolutely love third grade, and I cannot wait for an awesome year! Here is just a little about me! I am originally from Northern Virginia, and actually just moved to Texas! I love teaching all subjects, but my favorite is math! Outside of school, I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and my family dog, Bino. My favorite sport to watch is soccer, especially big tournaments like the World Cup! As a teacher, it is my goal to create an environment where all students can grow as learners and people. I am proudly trained in Responsive Classroom, which is an approach that focuses on the relationship between academic success and social-emotional learning. I cannot wait to get to know your third grader, work hard, and have fun together this year! I look forward to working as a team to help your child grow.
